Look at him grow!

Where has the time flown?  The holidays seem like a blur now – with two little boys in the house they were certainly a time of fun, laughter, joy – and a lot of busy busy days!  I took some very wise council and wrapped things up for the studio early in December so that I could really be present and enjoy the holidays with my sweet boys.  I sure missed working with all of my “other babies”, but the time away was a healthy break – fully of many treasured memories with my boys!

Just before I closed the studio for the holidays I had the chance to photograph this darling little five month old.  So sweet and cuddly – but it seems like only yesterday we had him sailing away on a raft as a newborn!  Such a joy to see how much he has grown in these short months – and to watch these beautiful parents love on their baby boy…

Remember this sweet boy…

Thank you Bekima Knits for the adorable santa hat and to Woodsy Wonders for both the darling sled – made from 100 year old barn wood that she and her husband harvested themselves – and the sail boat from his newborn photos!

PS I would love to hear your feedback!  If 15 of Baby H’s friends and family make comments on this blog post and 15 become new fans on the studio FACEBOOK PAGE (the same person can do both if they would like – just leave a comment on the FB page that you are a new fan!) I will gift Mom and Dad an extra 5×7 print as a thank you gift.

Thanks for visiting my blog…

Twinkle Twinkle

This family is so adorable – they are head over heels in love with their baby and it shows in every picture they take.  They make my job SO easy – I love it!  I first had the privilege of photographing Little Baby C for his newborn session – before he even reached his official *due* date.  This little miracle was born quite early and quite small – but he is growing and healthy and beautiful and I just love being a small part of his little life!  He came back for a four month holiday session and what fun we had!  Sometimes I do have to remind myself to put the baby down and keep shooting though – they are just so cuddly and squishy and sweet :)

And oh how I am loving these twinkle lights!  Maybe next year I will start pretending it is Christmas about the first of September so I have plenty of time to do lots and lots of holiday baby sessions!!

Enjoy your first Christmas Baby C – you might not remember it, but it sure will be a special one for Mommy and Daddy…

Thank you Bekima Knits – your darling Santa Hats have been a huge hit this season!!

**Please note, the first image is a composite image created by combining two images in Photoshop.  Sweet Baby C is only four months old and is not sitting up on his own – and was never left unattended!  His wonderful parents were supporting him and keeping him very very safe the entire time :)  Baby Safety is a high priority here at Renee Stengel Photography.  Please do not try this unless you understand how to do it safely.  Thanks so much!
